Just received 4 boots xxsmall for my pug, did not walked 3 meters that one rear boot came out, followed by the others, came home after 2 minutes walk with only one front boot on. I have 2 pairs of MuttLuks that never comes out but I bought the Polar Trex for snow and ice, because the Muttluks get very wet. Anyway, I live in the country and this winter there is lots of ice and the Polar Trex slide on the ice and my dog kept falling. He is 11 years old and in the winter he doesn't like to freeze his paws so I succeed keeping him clean with the winter boots. I am very disappointed with this purchase, and I intend on returning the product.

We are Sorry the smallest Polar Trex Boot is too Big for your dog. Unfortunately, Ruffwear's XXS boot did not fit and of course, the boot would not function properly! The RuffWear Polar Trex Boots are really a great boot, when you have the right fit. Thank you.
