Return Policy Please contact us before returning an item for instruction, as all items will require a Return Authorization Number. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Refunds will be 100% of the purchase price minus any restocking and/or shipping costs. If you need to return an item, you must call us at 705-645-2080 or 1-800-594-2241 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below. Any products that have been used, displaying excessive wear, that are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use and/or are at a reduced refund amount or not eligible for a refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds: Rapid Bath, Rapid Bath Shampoos, Flea Control products, Pet Supplements, Dog and Cat Treats, Spotty Training Place, UgoDog, WizDog and Doggie Dooley products. Include the Following with your Return: - Invoice or Packing Slip
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
- Send to the address we provided you
Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee. Ship via UPS, US Mail or Canada Post. To receive credit, the items you return must have been purchased directly from us and be returned in the original packaging if any.
